The jobs simply aren\u2019t there, and the cycle keeps repeating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"b3fb\">So, what\u2019s the response? More school? More certificates? Or a new approach that actually works?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"8c09\"><strong>The answer is skills<\/strong>. Real, usable skills. Hard skills, soft skills, entrepreneurial skills, skills that turn young people into creators, innovators, and job creators, not just job seekers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"c3b0\">Imagine if every graduate leaving university was equipped not just to survive, but to employ others, solve problems, and create opportunities.
